I have learned that to be able to run strong and run many years to come, you’ve got to strengthen the muscles that allow you to do what you love. I believe incorporating a functional strength program and cross training into any training program will make you a stronger runner. Your body needs to be strong enough to carry you where you want it to go. Whether you’re returning from injury, looking to run your first 5K, or your first 100 miler, I got you!
